Puerto Rican “Yuca” is smothered with olive oil, garlic and bacon then made into croquets and topped with our famous creamy cilantro aioli.

Golden fried dough filled with brie cheese and fresh tomato jelly.


Chicken Croquettes with a Mango Mustard Sauce

Our creamy battered Croquettes made with shredded chicken and our homemade Caribbean nutmeg béchamel sauce.


Home made chips ,with Seafood Ceviche ,Avocado Mojo

Chips topped with a ceviche, made from conch, octopus, shrimp and mussels, then garnished with avocado, tomato and seasonal fruit.


Dinner

Mahi-Mahi (Dolphin fish),Ripe Plantain, Roasted Tomato Chutney

Fresh Mahi, sauté to perfection, then topped with roasted ripe plantains, peppers, garlic and tomatoes, marinated in cilantro infused extra virgin olive oil


Caribbean Style Chicken, with Curry, Coconut milk and Peanuts

Chicken stewed with onions, chorizo, curry and coconut milk, sprinkled with peanuts and seasoned to perfection, served over our leek rice pilaf.


Rice Pilaf with sauté Leeks

Rice cooked in home made chicken broth and stir-fried with fresh leeks and butter


Chick peas and Root vegetables marinated in a Red pepper and Roasted garlic infused oil

For a bit of a Puerto Rican flair, we have taken our local root vegetables and chick peas and infused them into extra virgin olive oil and local spices.
