Not the traditional guacamole, we blend the avocado with cheese and spices and we add a bit of unflavored gelatin and we mold it into a beautiful and very flavorful shell.

Our cheese fondue is a fancy way of eating the traditional cheese and chips, we put a blend of fresh spinach, peppers, onion and fresh nutmeg.

To spice up your barbecue we use dry rubs a combination of dry spices massaged into the food before cooking, rubs seals the flavor and adds another dimension to taste. We use garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, sage dry mustard and some secret ingredients.
